This is just a clipping of a story of how the F117A downed in Serbia might have provided technical means for the Russian's T-50 & the Chinese J-20 new fighters to become further stealthized from the US's own shot down secret air fighter when it was doing bombing runs during the Serbian inner war during the 1990's.

Robert Liberty leave Metro, could this a new sign of what is coming up for the Columbia River Crossing Project?
I came across this press release that Robert Liberty is leaving the Metro Council of Portland. He was a very strong critique of the columbia river crossing project and many other projects within the Portland Metropolitan area, I am curious to know why he is leaving?
Along with David Bragdon who left for another job, how is this going to effect this project that is taking such a local and regional significance?
